We've had the best experience with Tina Healthy Pups home from the beginning. They were always there to answer any questions I had before and after purchase. It hasn't been 24 hours but the instructions that they send is absolutely priceless. Garrett was flown in to California so we were able to track his flight from the time he left his state to the time of arrival into LAX. Again this was a very cool feature. I was a little skeptical about purchasing online but their professionalism and care put me at ease
